Silvia Ferenac

Professor Silvia Ferenac has been involved with personal and professional development and improvement from the very beginning of her career. Starting from 2010, she has been intensely working with elite athletes, companies and individuals world-widely, applying the most recent knowledge and methods in the field.

Her special interest revolves around the increase of human effectiveness through better performance, bigger creativity and innovation, effective stress management and individual work on mental and emotional levels with the goal of overcoming blocks, fears, phobias and so-called small traumas and crisis.

In the field of sports, she is focusing on how mental preparation affects performance (that also being the title of her thesis in psychology), on educating professionals, especially sports coaches – communication, motivation and leadership and the crisis in sports.

She is a certified counselor/therapist, coach, trainer and consultant.
